Hilton Head Real Estate Photography
Listing photos that sell homes, rental photos that book stays — delivered fast.
scroll
Buyers scroll listings at night on their phones. Guests pick vacation rentals in about eight seconds. In both cases, your photos are doing the selling before a human ever says a word — so they'd better be good.
I'm Hunter, a real estate photographer serving Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, providing MLS-ready listing photography, vacation rental imagery, and professional headshots for agents and local businesses. One photographer, one standard — every property gets the same eye.
SERVICES
Real Estate & Rental Photography Services
Listing Photography
Full interior and exterior coverage that shows the property honestly and at its best — bright rooms, straight lines, and the light each space deserves. You'll receive MLS-sized files plus full-resolution images for print and marketing, ready to upload the day they arrive.
Vacation Rental Photography
On an island with thousands of short-term rentals, your listing photos are your booking engine. I photograph Airbnb, VRBO, and management-company properties with the guest's eye in mind — the pool, the marsh view, the walk-to-beach path, the porch where they'll drink their coffee. Renovated recently or swapped the furniture? A photo refresh pays for itself in bookings.
Headshots & Company Photos
Putting a face to your business matters — especially in real estate, where you are the brand. I photograph professional headshots, team photos, and on-location business imagery for agents, offices, and local companies across the Lowcountry. Natural, approachable, and done efficiently — not a stiff studio production.
WHY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
Listings With Professional Photos Move Faster
Every agent knows it and every study confirms it: listings with professional photography consistently draw more views, more showings, and stronger offers than phone-photo listings — and vacation rentals with professional images book more nights at better rates. The math on a few hundred dollars of photography against a faster sale or a fuller booking calendar isn't close.

Real Estate Photography FAQs
How fast is delivery?
Within [X hours] of the shoot, every time. If you're up against an MLS deadline, tell me when you book and we'll make it work.
How should we prep the property?
I send a one-page checklist with every booking, but the short version: clear the counters, hide the cords and bins, turn on every light, set the blinds even, and get cars out of the driveway. Fifteen minutes of prep shows up in every single photo.
Do you photograph occupied homes?
All the time — most listings are lived in. The prep checklist keeps it simple for your sellers, and I'm efficient and respectful on site. Same for occupied rentals: I can work between guest stays.
Do you offer drone photography?
[Pending Hunter's answer — Option A: "Yes — aerial photos are the best way to show marsh views, golf frontage, and how close the beach really is. Ask about adding aerials to any listing." / Option B: "For properties that need aerials, I work with a licensed drone partner so you get everything in one delivery."]
Can you shoot our whole rental portfolio?
That's my favorite kind of work. For property managers and owners with multiple units, I offer portfolio scheduling and consistent pricing across the whole roster — one photographer means every listing in your portfolio has the same look and standard.
Do you do agent headshots too?
Yes — and if you're booking a listing shoot, it's the easiest add-on there is. Updated headshots for your signs, site, and social, done on a schedule that works around your showings.
